GCAS Rugby League Program Kicks Off
It might be the off-season for most clubs but the Gold Coast Academy of Sport Rugby League Program is in full swing with weekly training sessions open to GCJRL registered players U/14-U/16 with a focus on skill/fitness maintenance and technique improvement. The next training session will be after the school holidays on Wednesday 10th October from 5pm at the RACV Royal Pines Resort International Training Fields (behind or on the south-eastern side of the accommodation tower) for a 7 week off-season training block and new players are invited to sign-on at this session.
